FRAGRANCE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Cali Rose Moon products, however we understand that sometimes things don't work out. We accept returns on eligible* items purchased from www.calirosemoon.com within 21 days from purchase date. Return packages must include original packing slip and item(s) must be in its original condition**. Once the return package is received, you should receive your full refund, less shipping & handling charges, within approximately 7-10 business days in the original form of payment. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product(s) to us will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns for customers who engage in excessive or abusive return behavior. 

*All gift cards, limited edition items, bundles, sets, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Ineligible items that are returned/mailed to us will not be refunded and will not be mailed back to you. 

**All returns are inspected upon receipt. If item(s) are not in their original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund and the item(s) will not be mailed back to you. 

We do not offer exchanges.

*All earrings, custom or personalized items, fine jewelry, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. Ineligible items that are returned/mailed to us will not be refunded and will not be mailed back to you.

IF YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM

Please check the items you receive immediately for damage or malfunction. If the item is damaged, please contact us via email right away and send us photos of the damage.
