EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you wish to return your jewelry items, you can do so within 14 days of the delivery date by contacting us for approval by email. Please include in your email your first and last name, your order number, and a list of the item(s) you would like to return. Earrings, custom or personalized items, fine jewelry, sale items and gift card orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Ineligible or unapproved items that are returned to us will not be accepted. 

Eligible items that are approved for return must be returned to us within 10 days of approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on clean, unworn jewelry pieces. We do not refund shipping costs. It is highly recommended that you obtain proof of postage and tracking numbers for your return package. 

At this time we cannot accept/process exchanges. You can return your item for store credit if you wish. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. 

All returned jewelry items must be clean, unworn, in the original packaging and in resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above mentioned standards. 

 

IF YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving your package and include your first and last name, your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will do our best to make it right.
